A highly prized tea, Jade Oolong has a beautiful deep green appearance and large, tightly rolled leaves. When infused, these lightly oxidized leaves unfurl releasing their essential oils. This Jade Oolong tea is from the Tung Ting mountain in Nantou County, Taiwan. It is known for its fresh green-floral aroma, sweet flavor, and clean, delicate mouthfeel.

Brewing Instructions:
Measure 2 level tsp per cup (8-10oz)
Add 185° water
Steep tea 3-4 minutes
Remove tea leaves and enjoy
