My fondness for Assam tea is well-known, and I take great pleasure in exploring teas from single estates. It's always exciting to find an estate that I haven't tried before. As far as I'm aware, the Dinjoye Estate is a new discovery for me. The Golden Assam is a smooth, rich, full-bodied cup, lacking slightly in maltiness compared to other Assam teas, but still highly enjoyable. It pairs well with milk and sugar.
