The foundation of this specialty tea is formed by the Jade Tung Ting Oolong, sourced from the Nantou District in the Taiwanese highlands. The production process follows a similar method as Jasmine or Rose teas, where the already fermented tea leaves are combined with cinnamon pieces and gently warmed in tiered driers at low temperatures. After allowing the ingredients to "rest" for a week, the cinnamon pieces are then removed, resulting in a smooth, aromatic green tea with a delicate, sweet and fruity hint of cinnamon.

Measure 2 tsp per cup (8-10oz)
Add 185° water
Steep tea 2-3 minutes
Remove tea leaves and enjoy
