Bao Zhong, also referred to as Wen Shan, is a lightly oxidized oolong from Taiwan's high mountain region. The curled tea leaves create a multi-layered floral flavor with hints of untamed honey. This tea is perfect for multiple steeps (5-7 times). Bao Zhong is a must-try for any tea lover.

Brewing Instructions:
Measure 1/2 tsp per cup (8-10oz)
Add 175-185° water
Steep tea 2 minutes
Remove tea leaves and enjoy
